Ingredients

1 kilogram of Ripe tomatoes

1 Chicken breast

1 Celery stalk

1 White onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 Small red pepper

1 tablespoon of Sugar

1 Bay leaf, mint, or parsley

1 liter of Water

½ cup of Cream

1 pinch of Salt

Olive oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, cook the chicken and shred it into pieces.

Step 2 : Next, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the tomatoes for about 1 minute.

Step 3 : Then, remove the tomatoes, let them cool slightly, and peel and seed them.

Step 4 : Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and proceed to blend them.

Step 5 : Next, chop the onion, red pepper, and garlic into small pieces and sauté them in a saucepan with olive oil.

Step 6 : Add the tomatoes and chicken to the sauté, including a spoonful of sugar to reduce acidity, and cover everything with 1 liter of water.

Step 7 : Let it cook over moderate heat for 30 minutes.

Step 8 : Once the mixture has turned a reddish color, turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.

Step 9 : Then, blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.

Step 10 : Finally, place a bay leaf, parsley, or mint on the center or side of the plate before serving.
