Tender Corn Porridge
Ingredients
1 pound of Pork meat
1 White onion stalk
1 Parsley stalk
1 Chopped tomato
6 cups of Water
2 Crushed garlic cloves
1 pound of Peeled and chopped potatoes
1 cup of Mature corn kernels
1 teaspoon of Chopped cilantro
1 cup of Milk
2 tablespoons of Butter
Salt, pepper, and cumin
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, cook the meat along with the onion, parsley, tomato, garlic, and spices until tender.
Step 2 : Strain the broth and chop the meat.
Step 3 : Then, bring the broth, meat, and potatoes to a boil, cooking for 20 minutes.
