Tender Corn Cobucoy
Ingredients
1 pound of Pork meat
1 White onion bunch
1 Parsley bunch
1 Chopped tomato
6 cups of Water
2 Crushed garlic cloves
1 pound of Peeled and chopped potatoes
1 cup of Ripe corn kernels
1 teaspoon of Chopped cilantro
1 cup of Milk
2 tablespoons of Butter
Salt, pepper, and cumin
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, cook the meat along with the onion, parsley, tomato, garlic, and seasonings until tender.
