Ingredients

Pork Menestrón

1 kilogram of Diced pork meat

3 Potatoes

1 Carrot

1 Bell pepper

1 Head onion

¼ kilogram of Cooked canary beans

Garlic paste

Cilantro

Basil

Macaroni noodles

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, heat some oil and add the achiote paste, garlic paste, and diced onion.

Step 2 : Stir well and cook for a few minutes.

Step 3 : Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Step 4 : Then, add the pork and stir until browned.

Step 5 : Add the beans along with enough hot water to cover them and bring to a boil for 40 minutes.

Step 6 : After that, add the noodles and carrot.

Step 7 : Cover and cook for 25 minutes.

Step 8 : Then, add the potatoes and continue cooking until tender.

Step 9 : Subsequently, blend the basil with oil and add it to the stew.

Step 10 : Once ready, serve and enjoy.
