Ingredients
2 cups of Barley flour
4 cups of Diced pork meat
6 Peeled potatoes
¼ cup of Chopped white onion
1 teaspoon of Ground garlic
6 cups of Water
1 teaspoon of Annatto oil
Salt and cumin
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the soup, first sauté the onion, ground garlic, annatto oil, and pork in a pot.
Step 2 : Then, add enough water to make a broth and include the potatoes, cooking them for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 : In a separate container, take the wheat flour and completely dissolve it with cold water.
Step 4 : This mixture is sprinkled over the hot broth while stirring continuously until the potatoes are fully soft.
