Ingredients

3 tablespoons of Salt

1 Corn on the cob

1 Garlic clove

2 Parsley sprigs

3 Cilantro sprigs

1 Maggi broth cube

2 Pearl onions

1 Celery stalk

3 Potatoes

2 Ossobuco

3 liters of Water

4 Carrots

500 grams of Ossobuco meat

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, wash and chop the celery, onion, carrot, potatoes, cilantro, parsley, and corn on the cob.

Step 2 : Next, crush the garlic clove and set all ingredients aside in individual containers.

Step 3 : Place the meat in a pot with plenty of water and salt, cooking over medium heat for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : Once cooked, remove the ossobuco and set aside, placing a broth cube in its place.

Step 5 : Add the onion, garlic, celery, and corn to the broth, bringing to a boil for 20 minutes.

Step 6 : Then, incorporate the carrot, corn on the cob, and potatoes.

Step 7 : Once the vegetables are tender, re-add the ossobuco and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 8 : Add the cilantro and parsley, remove from heat, and let rest for 6 minutes before serving to enjoy.
