Ingredients
2 liters of Chicken broth
1 Onion
2 Carrots
1 Turnip
100 grams of Split peas
3 Cabbage leaves
1 Potato
Parsley
50 grams of Butter
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, sauté the finely chopped onion with butter.
Step 2 : Add the julienned carrots and turnip, finely chopped cabbage, peas, and a tablespoon of chopped parsley.
Step 3 : Cover the preparation with broth and simmer over low heat until the vegetables are nearly cooked.
Step 4 : Then, add the julienned potato and let it cook for about twenty more minutes.
