Green Raspado
Ingredients
3 Green vegetables
2 liters of Water
1 Egg
200 grams of Cheese
½ liter of Milk
1 Onion
1 Garlic clove
Oregano
20 grams of Butter
Salt and cilantro
Preparation
Step 1 : In a skillet, sauté the onion along with the garlic and oregano in butter.
Step 2 : Then, add the two liters of water to the sauté and cook for 10 minutes from the moment it starts boiling.
Step 3 : Scrape the plantains with a spoon or fork and add them to the boiling water, letting them cook over medium heat for an additional 15 minutes.
Step 4 : Next, add the cheese and milk, and cook everything for another 10 minutes.
Step 5 : Finally, beat the egg yolk and add it to the raspado before serving.
