Green Plantain Meatball Soup
Ingredients
4 Green plantains
500 grams of Meat
2 Red onions
1 Carrot
2 Potatoes
2 Red bell peppers
1 cup of Peas
1 cup of Choclo (corn)
1 cup of Red beans
1 pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place chopped onion and red bell pepper, season, and sauté.
Step 2 : Add the meat and one and a half liters of hot water, bringing to a boil for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the potatoes, carrots, choclo, peas, and beans to the pot, cooking on low heat for an additional 15 minutes.
Step 4 : In another pot, cook the greens until tender and add salt.
Step 5 : In a skillet, place the other onion with paprika and garlic, adding half of the cooked meat in the broth.
Step 6 : Using the green dough, form balls to fill the preparation in the skillet.
Step 7 : Finally, place the balls into the broth and serve the dish hot.
