Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Chicken breast

3 Potatoes

2 Carrots

1 Red onion (paiteña)

3 Eggs

1 cup of Wheat flour

1 Bay leaf

2 ½ liters of Water

1 White onion stalk

Garlic

Parsley

Cumin

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, combine water, chicken breast, bay leaf, cumin, and salt, then cook over medium heat for 40 minutes to cook the chicken breast.

Step 2 : Peel and chop the carrots, garlic, white onion, red onion, and potatoes, then add them to the pot where the chicken was cooked.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, mix eggs with flour and a little salt until forming a dough.

Step 4 : Gradually add water to achieve the right consistency, then stir in chopped parsley.

Step 5 : Heat oil in a skillet and fry spoonfuls of the dough to form small patties until lightly golden.

Step 6 : Then, chop the cooked chicken and distribute it along with the vegetables among the diners.

Step 7 : Finally, add the fried patties to the soup.
