Ingredients

600 grams of Bone-in meat

1 Carrot

2 Tender corn on the cob in pieces

2 Yucas in pieces

2 Col leaves

1 Onion

1 Green pepper, well cleaned

1 Crushed garlic clove

2 tablespoons of Finely chopped cilantro

1 Finely chopped onion in stems

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first clean the meat thoroughly, removing any traces of fat.

Step 2 : Then, in a pot, bring enough water with the bones to a boil and cook until the meat is tender, removing the foam that forms on the surface.

Step 3 : Add the halved onion, seedless green pepper, and garlic to the pot.

Step 4 : Next, add the chopped carrot, corn, yuca, and chopped col.

Step 5 : Once the vegetables are tender, remove the pepper and onion from the cooking process and adjust the seasoning.
