Ingredients
2 Beef feet
1 kilogram of Hominy
2 kilograms of Potatoes
1 cup of Toasted cornmeal (mani)
1 cup of Milk
2 White onions
4 Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of Cilantro stems
1 Bunch of cilantro
1 Onion stalk
1 ½ liter of Water
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, start by placing the beef feet in a pressure cooker with onion pieces and cook until tender.
Step 2 : Once cooked, remove the feet and cut them into pieces, then return them to the broth along with chopped onion stems and cilantro.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, cook the hominy and potatoes separately.
Step 4 : Blend the milk with the toasted cornmeal in the blender and set aside.
Step 5 : In a pan with a little oil, sauté chopped onion and garlic, then add the blended mixture of milk and cornmeal, salt to taste, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 6 : Add this sauté to the broth with the beef feet and adjust the seasoning as needed.
Step 7 : To serve, it is recommended to do so very hot, accompanied by hominy, potatoes, and sprinkled cilantro.
