Ingredients

2 cups of Brown corn

100 milliliters of Achiote oil

400 grams of Pork bone

500 grams of Small potato

1 White onion

1 Tomato

1 teaspoon of Chopped garlic

400 grams of Special pork bone

Salt, pepper, and cumin

1 ½ liter of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : To start, sauté the onion, tomato, and garlic until golden.

Step 2 : Next, add water, the sauté, and cups of brown corn to the pot and cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, brown the pork bones in seasoned oil and set aside.

Step 4 : Then, add the potatoes to the pot and cook until tender.

Step 5 : Finally, serve hot in individual dishes.
