Beef Rib Broth
Ingredients
1 pound of Beef ribs
1 Ripe tomato
1 Cauliflower
1 Broccoli
1 cup of Green beans
½ Carrot
8 cups of Water
2 Potatoes
1 White onion stalk
2 Garlic
Salt, pepper, and oregano
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first cook the ribs in a large pot until tender, then set aside.
Step 2 : Next, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes to start cooking.
Step 3 : In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic, then add the peeled and chopped tomato.
Step 4 : Pour this mixture into the water in which the ribs were cooked, also adding the carrot, potatoes, and green beans.
Step 5 : Cook everything for 10 minutes, then add the cauliflower and broccoli.
Step 6 : Season the broth with salt, pepper, and oregano, then add the meat.
Step 7 : Cook for 20 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
