Bean Soup
Ingredients
1 pound of Beef ribs
1 pound of Beans
1 tablespoon of Achiote oil
2 Minced garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of Ground cumin
2 pounds of Peeled and chopped potatoes
¼ cup of Chopped white onion
¼ cup of Chopped parsley
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the ribs and bring to a boil, removing any foam that forms.
Step 2 : Add salt, achiote, garlic, cumin, onion, and parsley.
Step 3 : Cover everything with water and cook until the meat is tender.
