Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Pepper

3 tablespoons of Salt

89 grams of Breadcrumbs

3 Chopped white onion stalks

4 cups of Broth

4 cups of Water

1 Egg white

450 grams of Ground meat

180 grams of Barley

Preparation

Step 1 : The night before preparing, soak the barley.

Step 2 : The next day, drain the soaking water and cook the barley in a pot with water and a tablespoon of salt for 30 minutes.

Step 3 : Then, add the broth, cover the pot, and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, season the ground meat on a plate with pepper and the remaining salt, then form small balls.

Step 5 : Next, dip the meatballs in egg white, coat them with breadcrumbs, and fry until golden.

Step 6 : Once ready, remove the meatballs from the pan and sauté the onions.

Step 7 : Finally, combine the meatballs and onions with the barley soup, serve, and enjoy.
