Ingredients
8 Ripe guavas
1 ½ cup of Sugar
2 Egg whites
Blackberry syrup or sauce
Candies and shredded coconut
Preparation
Step 1 : Peel the guavas, remove the central part with seeds, and place the pulp pieces in a large bowl.
Step 2 : Add the sugar, mix, and mash until it forms a puree.
Step 3 : Then, add the egg whites to the guava and sugar puree.
Step 4 : Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture until it reaches a creamy and firm texture.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the espumilla immediately in cups or ice cream cones, accompanied by blackberry sauce, candies, and shredded coconut.
