Ingredients
1 cup of Flour
4 tablespoons of Cornstarch
½ cup of Margarine
2 Egg yolks
½ cup of Powdered sugar
½ teaspoon of Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
Preparation
Step 1 : The recipe begins by sifting and mixing the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch.
Step 2 : In another bowl, beat the margarine, egg yolks, and vanilla essence at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, incorporate the flour, cornstarch, and powdered sugar into the mixture until a smooth and homogeneous dough is obtained.
Step 4 : Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles, using cookie cutters if desired.
Step 5 : Bake the dough circles at a moderate temperature for approximately 10 minutes, until slightly golden.
