Ingredients

8 kilograms of Turkey

6 liters of Water

1 cup of Salt

½ cup of Brown sugar

5 Garlic cloves

Black pepper

Thyme

400 grams of Unsalted butter

60 grams of Pearl onion

200 grams of Prunes

½ liter of Red wine

½ cup of Granulated white sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this exquisite recipe, in a large bowl, mix water, salt, brown sugar, garlic, pepper, and thyme.

Step 2 : Next, immerse the turkey in the brine prepared and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.

Step 3 : Then, preheat the oven to 180°C.
