Ingredients

1 kilogram of Smoked tatabra meat

1 cup of Coconut milk

3 Colored onions

6 White onion stalks

3 Garlic cloves

1 Beef broth cube

Achiote oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet with achiote oil, sauté the colored onions, white onion stalks, and crushed garlic.

Step 2 : Add the tatabra meat and stir well to blend the flavors.

Step 3 : Let cook on low heat until the meat softens.

Step 4 : At this point, add the coconut milk and the broth cube.

Step 5 : Adjust the flavor and cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Step 6 : Serve with white rice and plantains.
