4 Green plantains
250 grams of Chicken breast
450 grams of Beef
450 grams of Pork
450 grams of Sausage
1 Onion
1 Tomato
2 Bell peppers
1 tablespoon of Oil
3 Garlic cloves
Basil leaves

1 pinch of Salt
