Ingredients

1 teaspoon of Cumin

1 tablespoon of Pepper

2 tablespoons of Salt

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 Red pepper

2 Onions

4 tablespoons of Oil

80 milliliters of Tomato sauce

2 tablespoons of Garlic paste

4 cups of Water

2 cups of Rice

6 Peeled squid

Preparation

Step 1 : Begin by washing, cutting into cubes, and sautéing the onion and red pepper pieces in a pot with 2 tablespoons of oil, 2 of butter, and 1 of garlic.

Step 2 : Then, wash, peel, and cut the squids into rings, then add them to the sauté along with salt, cumin, and paprika.

Step 3 : After 5 minutes, add the tomato sauce, stir for 2 minutes, and add the rice with water.

Step 4 : After 25 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of oil and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, remove from heat, serve, and enjoy.
