Ingredients

1 pound of Ground beef

2 Pearl onions

1 Egg

2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

¼ cup of Flour

1 cup of Oil

6 Tomatoes

4 tablespoons of Tomato paste

1 liter of Water

350 grams of Spaghetti

4 Basil leaves

Parmesan cheese for garnish

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The onions are diced into small cubes.

Step 2 : The ground beef is placed in a bowl along with the onion, egg, and parsley.

Step 3 : Salt and pepper are added to taste.

Step 4 : Small meatballs are formed with clean hands.

Step 5 : The flour is placed on a plate to coat the meatballs, shaking off any excess flour.

Step 6 : Oil is heated in a skillet over medium heat and the meatballs are fried, stirring constantly for 6 to 10 minutes before removing them from the heat and letting them rest.

Step 7 : In a pot, add the peeled, seedless, and chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 8 : Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the sauce has reduced and thickened.

Step 9 : Then, remove the pot from the heat and pour the sauce over the meatballs.

Step 10 : In another pot with 1 liter of water and 2 tablespoons of salt, bring to a boil, then add the spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes or until al dente.

Step 11 : Drain and mix with the meatball sauce.

Step 12 : Finally, garnish with basil leaves and Parmesan cheese to taste.
