Shrimp Mixed Rice

Ingredients

½ kilogram of Pork meat

½ kilogram of Shrimp

½ kilogram of Shredded chicken

½ cup of Green onion

½ cup of Cooked peas

½ cup of Cooked carrots

2 Cooked fried eggs

5 cups of Rice

4 tablespoons of Soy sauce

3 Garlic cloves

Ginger

1 pinch of Salt

Pepper and cumin

Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, heat oil and fry ½ kg of pork meat, adding a pinch of salt and cumin.

Step 2 : Once browned, remove and set aside.

Step 3 : In the same oil, add ½ kg of shrimp and sauté until they change color.

Step 4 : Once ready, set aside.

Step 5 : In the same skillet, sauté ½ kg of cooked chicken and set aside similarly.

Step 6 : Then, add ½ cup of chopped green onion along with 3 garlic cloves and a bit of grated ginger.

Step 7 : Mix well and add pepper, cumin, and salt to taste.

Step 8 : Add ½ cup of cooked peas and ½ cup of diced carrots.

Step 9 : Mix everything and add the pork, chicken, and shrimp.

Step 10 : Combine all ingredients.

Step 11 : Then, add 2 scrambled fried eggs and cook for another 2 minutes while mixing.

Step 12 : Add 5 cups of cooked rice and 4 tablespoons of thick soy sauce.

Step 13 : Mix for another two minutes until everything is well combined.

Step 14 : Once ready, serve and enjoy.
