Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by seasoning the whole chicken with a mixture of achiote oil, mustard, garlic, basil, pepper, cumin, and oregano.

Step 2 : It is important to let the chicken marinate in this mixture for at least an hour in the refrigerator to absorb all the flavors.
