2 teaspoons of Pepper

2 tablespoons of Cumin

3 tablespoons of Salt

10 Cilantro and parsley leaves

2 tablespoons of Garlic paste

3 tablespoons of Olive oil

5 tablespoons of Annatto oil

8 cups of Water

4 cups of Rice

1 Onion

2 Red peppers

1 cup of Cubed carrots

1 cup of Peas

10 Chorizos

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first wash and cube the onions and peppers.

Step 2 : Then, in a large pot, place the rice, peas, and carrot pieces with 8 cups of water.

Step 3 : Cook everything until the water evaporates, then add the olive oil.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, in a skillet, sauté the onions with the annatto oil, garlic, and the cubes of onion and peppers for about 2 minutes.

Step 5 : Add salt, cumin, pepper, and the chorizo slices, and let it cook over low heat.

Step 6 : Once ready, pour the contents of the skillet into the pot with the rice and mix everything well.

Step 7 : Add cilantro or parsley and cook for 5 more minutes.

Step 8 : Finally, serve and enjoy this exquisite dish.
