Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Fresh and cleaned shrimp

300 grams of Wheat flour

2 tablespoons of Ground garlic

45 milliliters of Lime juice

3 Beaten eggs

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Frying oil

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, place the shrimp and marinate with lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 : Let it marinate for a few minutes.

Step 3 : Then, add the beaten eggs on top of the shrimp.

Step 4 : Next, remove the shrimp from the bowl and coat them with flour.

Step 5 : Fry in hot oil.

Step 6 : Once ready, serve accompanied by plantains, pickles, and rice.
