Puffed Shrimp
Ingredients

1 ½ kilogram of Fresh and cleaned shrimp
300 grams of Wheat flour
2 tablespoons of Ground garlic
45 milliliters of Lemon juice
3 Beaten eggs
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Oil for frying
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, place the shrimp and marinate with lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 2 : Let them marinate for a few minutes.
Step 3 : Then, add the beaten eggs over the shrimp.
Step 4 : Next, remove the shrimp from the bowl and coat with flour.
Step 5 : Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
