500 grams of Cooked pork
1 Small cubed greens
250 grams of Soaked beans
1 Diced Paita onion
1 Diced green pepper
1 Diced tomato
1 tablespoon of Ground garlic
3 Bay leaves
1 ½ liter of Water
Herbs (oregano and chiraná)
Achiote oil
Salt, cumin, pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To start, cook the beans in water until tender and then set aside.
Step 2 : Next, cut the meat into small pieces and also set aside.
Step 3 : In a pan, prepare a sauté with achiote oil, onion, tomato, pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and bay leaf.
Step 4 : Add the pork and mix all ingredients for about 5 minutes.
Step 5 : Then, add water, the cooked beans, and cook over medium heat.
Step 6 : Next, incorporate the greens, check the seasoning, and cook for about 20 minutes until everything is well done.
Step 7 : Finally, serve hot.
