2 pounds of Cooked mote

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first wash and chop the cilantro and onions.
Step 2 : Then, place the onion pieces in a pan with the achiote oil and butter to make a sauté.
Step 3 : Once the onion has turned transparent, add the mote, salt, pepper, and milk.
