Ingredients

cup of Achiote

40 grams of Chopped garlic

250 grams of Red onion

150 grams of Green pepper

5 Green plantains

500 grams of Peanut paste

500 grams of Picudo

200 grams of Shrimp

Red onion

Cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

Pepper

Cumin

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, heat the achiote and add the garlic and onion, cooking until golden.

Step 2 : Then, add the pepper, green plantains, and peanut paste, stirring the mixture well.

Step 3 : Next, add the seafood: picudo and shrimp, and cook until done.

Step 4 : To finish, season with red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and cumin, cooking over low heat for a few minutes.

Step 5 : The mixed stew will be ready to enjoy once served hot and accompanied by white rice.
