Ingredients

2 Green plantains

1 cup of Grated cheese

1 pound of Pork

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : First, the green plantains are placed in a pot with water and salt, and cooked until soft, avoiding frying to reduce the calorie content of the dish.

Step 2 : Meanwhile, the pork is chopped into small pieces and seasoned with salt.

Step 3 : Then, these pieces are placed in the air fryer's basket and cooked for about 30 minutes, or until crispy and golden.

Step 4 : Once the plantains are cooked, mash them until you get a smooth dough.

Step 5 : To this dough, add the grated cheese, crispy pork, and a small amount of butter, mixing all the ingredients well.

Step 6 : Form a ball with the mixture.
