Ingredients

1 pound of Ground beef

1 cup of Meat concentrate

2 tablespoons of Bread crumbs

1 Egg

4 Tomatoes

2 Slices of american ham

80 grams of Smoked bacon

1 cup of Red wine

1 Bay leaf

1 Pearl onion

1 Garlic clove

2 tablespoons of Tomato paste

1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil

Plastic wrap

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, preheat the oven to 250°C.

Step 2 : In a bowl, mix the ground beef with bread crumbs and eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3 : Then, spread a sheet of plastic wrap and place the meat mixture on it.

Step 4 : Distribute the ham and spinach in the center of the meat and roll it up using the plastic wrap, covering everything with aluminum foil.

Step 5 : Place the roll on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 6 : Meanwhile, prepare the sauce.

Step 7 : In a saucepan, heat the oil and add the bacon and bay leaf, cooking for 3 minutes.

Step 8 : Add the garlic, onion, and tomato, mix well, and cook for a few more minutes.

Step 9 : Add the tomato paste, meat concentrate, and wine, letting it reduce by half and seasoning to taste.
