Lamb Ribs with Curry

Ingredients

1 kilogram of Lamb Ribs

3 cups of Vegetable or beef broth

50 milliliters of Sunflower oil

2 tablespoons of Curry

1 tablespoon of Finely chopped ginger

3 Garlic cloves

5 Pearl onions

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Separate the ribs individually and rub them with curry.

Step 2 : Then, preheat the oven to 150°C.

Step 3 : Peel the garlic and ginger and chop them finely.

Step 4 : In a skillet with hot oil over low heat, sauté the garlic and ginger for 5 minutes, adding pepper and salt.

Step 5 : Next, place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the broth and sauté over them.

Step 6 : Slice the onions and place them over the ribs before covering with aluminum foil.

Step 7 : Bake everything in the oven for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
