2 pounds of Fish
1 Red onion
1 Green bell pepper
4 Tomatoes
2 cups of Water
1 Small bunch of cilantro
Plantains
White rice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the fish stew, first chop the onion, pepper, and tomatoes into small pieces.
Step 2 : Then, in a large pot, add water and bring to a boil.
