Ingredients

2 kilograms of Guanta meat

1 liter of Chicha

1 Red onion

2 White onions

2 Green peppers

¼ cup of Toasted corn

1 Garlic clove

1 Chopped chili

2 tablespoons of Chillangua

Frying oil

Salt, cumin, cilantro, and pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the dish, start by placing the guanta meat in a bowl and covering it with one liter of chicha, letting the mixture rest for 4 hours.

Step 2 : Next, chop all remaining ingredients into small cubes and place them in a pot.

Step 3 : Then, sauté the mixture for 10 minutes.

Step 4 : After this time, add the meat to the pot, stir, and cook on low heat for an hour.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the dish hot, accompanied by boiled potatoes or rice.
