Ingredients

4 Green plantains

2 tablespoons of Butter

½ pound of Fresh cheese

2 Aroból tomatoes

2 Creole chilis

3 tablespoons of Red onion

3 Lemons

1 tablespoon of White onion

1 tablespoon of Cilantro

1 pound of Beef

2 Garlic cloves

1 Red onion

1 tablespoon of Tomato paste

½ cup of Water

1 Tomato

1 Pepper

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Cumin

Dried oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel and slice the green plantains.

Step 2 : Then, fry them in butter until golden.

Step 3 : Reserve.

Step 4 : To prepare the aroból tomato chili, blend the arbol tomatoes, chilis, red onion, lemon, white onion, cilantro, parsley, and salt.

Step 5 : Next, cut the beef into pieces and marinate with garlic, red onion, tomato paste, water, tomato, pimiento, cilantro, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin, and dried oregano.

Step 6 : Cook the marinated beef until tender and juicy.

Step 7 : Finally, assemble the green plantain tortilla with the beef steak and serve with the aroból tomato chili.
