Green Noodles with Meat
Ingredients
400 grams of Noodles
1 Large bunch of basil
2 tablespoons of Olive oil
4 Chopped garlic cloves
1 Pearl onion
½ cup of Olive oil
½ cup of Cold water
4 Meat fillets
1 tablespoon of Mustard
1 tablespoon of Soy sauce
2 tablespoons of Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, in a blender, mash the basil, olive oil, garlic, onion, oil, and water until obtaining a homogeneous sauce.
Step 3 : In a pan, fry the mixture until it reduces and gains an aromatic consistency.
Step 4 : In another container, season the meat fillets with mustard, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and cumin.
Step 5 : Then, fry the meat in a pan until golden and crispy.
