Ingredients

1 cup of Fried plantains

1 cup of Bollitos

2 tablespoons of Pork lard

2 tablespoons of Salt and pepper

1 cup of Water

3 Cloves of garlic

450 grams of Pork meat

Step 1 : In a covered container, place the chopped meat, crushed garlic cloves, salt, and pepper, and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, in a skillet, heat the pork lard and fry the meat until it turns golden brown.

Step 3 : Finally, serve the meat accompanied by corn buns and slices of fried plantain.
