5 Pork Hands
1 Garlic Clove
3 cups of Water
1 Chili
1 Egg
1 cup of Bread crumbs
3 tablespoons of Oil
Preparation
Step 1 : Cook the pork hands in a pot with water over medium heat for an hour and a half.
Step 2 : At the same time, sauté the crushed chili and garlic in a pan with oil.
