Ingredients

1 liter of Homemade chicken broth

1 kilogram of Shredded chicken

3 cups of Cooked white rice

4 tablespoons of Oil

1 Onion

2 Green onions

4 Garlic cloves

4 Pork belly slices

2 Bell peppers

1 cup of Peas

2 Diced carrots

6 Eggs

7 tablespoons of Soy sauce

2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons of Cilantro

2 tablespoons of Ground chili

1 teaspoon of Ground cumin

1 teaspoon of Ground annatto

1 pinch of Salt

Fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, heat the onion, garlic, bacon, sauces, and spices in a wok until the onion turns golden.

Step 2 : Then, add the rice, chicken, and diced bell peppers to the wok.

Step 3 : Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, making sure it doesn't stick.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, scramble the eggs and add them to the wok along with the peas and diced carrots, mixing all ingredients well.
