Ingredients

600 grams of Cooked rice

4 Beaten eggs

120 grams of Chicken

120 grams of Medium shrimp

120 grams of Beef loin

200 grams of Pork meat

½ cup of Hoisin sauce

¼ cup of Chinese rice wine

5 tablespoons of Light soy sauce

3 tablespoons of Oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of Chinese sauce

4 tablespoons of Honey

2 tablespoons of Dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon of White pepper

4 Garlic cloves

40 grams of Ginger

4 White onion stems

50 grams of Carrot

50 grams of Green peas

2 tablespoons of Light soy sauce

1 tablespoon of Chinese sauce

2 tablespoons of Oyster sauce

1 teaspoon of Sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1 : Once the rice is cooked and set aside, beat the eggs and cook a thin omelet, which will then be cut into small pieces.

Step 2 : Next, cook the chicken, shrimp, beef loin, and pork separately, seasoning them to taste.

Step 3 : To prepare the sauce for the pork, mix Hoisin sauce, Rice Wine, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Chinese Sauce, honey, sugar, '5-Spice' powder, and pepper.

Step 4 : In a skillet, sauté garlic, ginger, onion, carrot, peas, and seasonings.

Step 5 : Then add the cooked meats and rice, also incorporating the sliced egg omelet, mixing carefully.

Step 6 : Once all the ingredients are well combined, you can enjoy a delicious exceptional Chaufa.
