4 Crab shells

500 grams of Crab meat

2 Ripe plantains

20 grams of Butter

1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence

Step 1 : To begin the preparation, cook the ripe plantains over low heat in a saucepan with water and butter, stirring continuously to prevent sticking.

Step 2 : Once the plantains are cooked, make a smooth purée and add the sugar gradually along with the vanilla essence.

Step 3 : Then, incorporate the crab meat into the mixture.

Step 4 : For assembling the dish, wash the shells and fill them with the mixture, placing them on a bed of lettuce leaves, and add some olives on top.
