12 Crabs

4 tablespoons of Flour

2 Grated coconut

1 liter of Cream

½ pound of Sugar

1 liter of Water

4 tablespoons of Butter

4 Ripe plantains

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Crabs should be killed and cleaned, then the legs and the body are separated from the carapace.
