Ingredients

1 kilogram of Corvina

1 cup of Cream

1 Pellet tomato, diced

2 cups of White wine

2 tablespoons of Butter

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

1 tablespoon of Lemon juice

1 teaspoon of Sugar

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : The corvinas are sliced into thin strips and marinated with salt, pepper, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, they are placed in a greased dish and baked for about 15 minutes.

Step 3 : In a pot, melt a little butter and sauté the tomato with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

Step 4 : Then add the wine, parsley, and cream.

Step 5 : Pour this sauce over the corvina and bake at low heat for about 5 minutes.
