Ingredients

2 cups of Coconut milk

50 grams of Panela (unrefined cane sugar)

400 grams of Long grain rice

800 grams of Shrimp

50 grams of Chopped garlic

30 grams of Pearl onion

100 milliliters of White wine

1 cup of Heavy cream

Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

Bell pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, heat the coconut milk with the panela until completely dissolved.

Step 2 : Then, add the long grain rice and cook until it is soft and creamy.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, in another skillet, sauté the shrimp with garlic and onion until golden.

Step 4 : Next, add the white wine and let it reduce.

Step 5 : Subsequently, add the heavy cream, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
