8 Bone-in and skin-on chicken thighs
5 Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of Ground cumin
⅓ teaspoon of Black pepper
250 milliliters of Coca-cola
1 teaspoon of Salt
1 Splash of soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it is recommended to start by making incisions in the chicken so it can better absorb the homemade marinade.
Step 2 : Next, in a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing 5 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a little water, blending everything until obtaining a smooth mixture.
Step 3 : Once the marinade is ready, add some mustard and soy sauce to each chicken piece, followed by the homemade marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated.
Step 4 : Heat a skillet with oil and sear the chicken pieces on both sides for approximately 7 minutes.
