Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef steaks

10 Crushed garlic cloves

1 tablespoon of Ground cumin

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the mashed garlic with cumin, salt, and pepper to prepare a marinade for the meat.

Step 2 : Then, rub the marinade onto the steaks and let them rest for a couple of hours.

Step 3 : Next, grill or pan-fry the steaks in a skillet or on a grill, turning them until cooked to your liking, which will take a few minutes depending on the grill's temperature.

Step 4 : Finally, serve the churrasco with a fried egg on top of each steak, accompanied by rice, fries, ripe plantains, curtido (pickled onion and tomato salad), lettuce, avocado, or chili.
