Ingredients

1 Large turkey

1 cup of Vinegar

3 tablespoons of Salt

4 tablespoons of Oregano

5 tablespoons of Garlic powder

4 tablespoons of Onion powder

3 teaspoons of Cumin

2 teaspoons of Ground black pepper

20 tablespoons of Butter

2 Chicken broth cubes

500 milliliters of Water

3 Red peppers

2 Red onions

1 Chopped white onion into medium pieces

5 Chopped celery stalks

4 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar

7 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons of Honey

1 tablespoon of Wheat flour

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the turkey, place it on a tray and clean it with a mixture of vinegar, water, and salt.

Step 2 : Then dry and marinate with a mixture of butter, salt, garlic, oregano, onion, black pepper, and thyme.

Step 3 : Dissolve broth cubes in water and pour into a baking tray.

Step 4 : Add pieces of peppers, onions, and celery stalks around and inside the turkey.

Step 5 : Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180°C.

Step 6 : Meanwhile, in a skillet, combine apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, remaining butter, and thyme.

Step 7 : Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Step 8 : After 3 and a half hours, remove the turkey from the oven and baste with the released juices.

Step 9 : Return to oven and cook for another 30 minutes.

Step 10 : Remove the vegetables and blend to prepare a sauce with wheat flour and a bit of water.

Step 11 : Cook over low heat and serve with the turkey, accompanied by orange slices, grapes, cilantro, and the sauce.
