Ingredients

500 grams of Pork meat

500 grams of Potatoes

1 cup of Corn

1 cup of Milk

50 grams of Butter

1 Onion

1 Tomato

6 cups of Water

2 Garlic cloves

Fresh cilantro

Salt, pepper, and cumin

1 Parsley sprig

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the meat along with chopped onion, diced tomato, garlic, and spices.

Step 2 : Cook over low heat for approximately one hour.

Step 3 : Process the corn with the milk until you get a paste, then add it to the broth in the pot.

Step 4 : Add the potatoes along with the butter and cilantro, and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Step 5 : To serve, place the hot preparation in individual cazuelas and sprinkle with parsley.
